Configuring Mobile App Apple

  1. Open the Apple App Store on your mobile device and search okta verify(no quotes)
  2. Touch Get next to Okta Verify.
  3. Once installation is complete, touch Open or open Okta Verify from the Home Screen. Once open, touch Add Account at the bottom of the screen.
  4. On the Choose account type screen, select Organization.
  5. You will be prompted to allow Okta Verify to access the camera on your device. Touch OK, This will allow Okta Verify to scan a QR code on your computer, laptop, or another device.
  6. Once the code has been successfully scanned, touch Allow at the bottom of the Allow Push Notifications? screen, and once more on the resulting pop-up
  7. Touch Done to exit to the main Okta Verify screen
