- Apprenticeships and Internships: Opportunities for hands-on experience in real-world renewable energy settings, bridging the gap between training and employment.
- Subsidized Employment: Financial incentives, such as stipends during vocational training, to alleviate economic burdens during the training period.
- Career Services and Job Development: Personalized guidance to assist participants in navigating the job market, including resume building and interview preparation.
- Supportive Services: Assistance with childcare, transportation, and other barriers that might impede training completion or job retention.
- Workshops and Training: Sessions covering various industry topics, including basic math literacy, financial competency, and basic employability.
- Transportation Assistance: Support for commuting to training programs and job sites, including transit passes or shuttle services.
